For the filling:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and grease the parchment paper. Mix together all the crust ingredients until crumbly and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, 2 tablespoons of flour, and egg and mix until smooth. Pour over the crust. Sprinkle with the berries. Bake for about 35 minutes. Store in the refrigerator. This is a recipe I found on a facebook page that does not link back to its origin. But had to try cause it was so simple and looked so yummy. Which, by the way it is. A must try!!! The crust is very similar to a crust recipe I already have from my Mom's stash of recipe's that we use for making fruit crisps and cobblers.
Oh I am SO making these very, very soon!!! They sound so delicious Snooks.
